Caen Hill locksTo the left a view down Caen Hill with the Caen Hill flight of locks. The 29 locks are in a space of only two miles, climbing 237 ft.

You can walk along the towpath, stop and watch the boats or may be have a picnic.

Above a few impressions from the Kennet & Avon Canal near Pewsey (The bridge is the A345 from Marlborough to Amesbury). On the left a few boats moored under the trees, on the right two canoeists preparing for a tour.
