Armin in Scotland Winter 2003

After the visits in spring and summer it was time for my last visit in 2003. This time it was going to be a long weekend with Christmas shopping in Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as hillwalking at Ben Lomond and Ben Arthur. Please find the travelogue from my holiday with further details below:
	Glasgow on Ice My long weekend started with the drive up from Swindon to Glasgow and an evening in Glasgow with a visit to Glasgow on Ice.
Ben Lomond During my first full day in Scotland it was time for some "Munro bagging" and a visit to Ben Lomond. Great views over Loch Lomond and over the southern Highlands. Edinburgh A day out in Edinburgh with visits to the Christmas market, Calton Hill and a walk around Edinburgh Castle.
	Shopping in Glasgow The last day of my long weekend allowed me to do some shopping in Glasgow before driving back to Swindon.
