Picture of a sunset over Loch LomondAfter a nice lunch at the Winnock Hotel in Drymen (picture top left) I drove on to Loch Lomond. Having visited the western side a couple of times in previous years I opted for the eastern side this time. I had the first glimpses over a few fields (top right), before reaching Balmaha (above left). At Balmaha you can climb up a hill to a nice viewpoint just north of the village (above right). A path Picture of a sunset over Loch Lomond behind some treesfollows the coastline towards the north. From here I watched a very nice sunset (left and right), mostly from a deserted beach (below right). From here I returned to Glasgow to relax for the next day in the Trossachs.
